You Can Know You're Going to Heaven
"These things have I written unto you that believe on the name of the Son of God; that ye may know that ye have eternal life." - 1 John 5:13
If you've ever wondered if you can know if there is a heaven and if you can go there, the good news is that the Bible makes the answer very clear. We'd be thrilled to answer your questions concerning salvation, and show you how easy it is to understand what God's Word says concerning the matter.
In the meantime, here are some simple truths:
All of us are separated from God by sin.
Romans 3:23 says, "...for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God."
After death, there is eternal punishment for that sin.
Romans 6:23 says, "For the wages of sin is death,"
Although we deserve death, God has provided a solution.
Romans 5:8 says, "But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us."
All we have to do is believe.
John 3:16 says, "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life."
